ROGER H. BENNETT

Mr. Bennett serves as a consultant and technical advisor to the firm on zoning, land use and related matters. He is a professional engineer, as well as a licensed land surveyor and from June 1987 to June 1991, he served as Chairman of the Board of Standards and Appeals. Prior thereto, he served as Chief Engineer in the Office of the Borough President of Brooklyn, where he was principal advisor to the Borough President for engineering, zoning and related technical matters. Mr. Bennett also served at the City Planning Commission as an assistant civil engineer where he reviewed and evaluated zoning applications.

Education: BS in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, 1970


 

ANTHONY J. PATRISSI

Mr. Patrissi serves as a consultant and technical advisor to the firm on zoning, land use and related matters. He is a professional engineer and from October 1986 to February 1995 he was the Chief Engineer at the Department of City Planning, the city agency responsible for establishing and periodically amending the Zoning Resolution and the official City Map of streets, parks and public places, as well as developing and implementing land use plans for the city and its neighborhoods. Prior thereto, he was Assistant Chief Engineer and an engineer in the Zoning Division of Technical Review where he oversaw zoning map changes, special permits and text changes. He drafted the Waterfront Zoning chapter of the Zoning Resolution and developed City Planning's Uniform Land Use Review Procedure application forms. He was also involved with many large-scale developments, such as Battery Park City, Arverne and Riverside South. Prior thereto, he was a plan examiner at the Department of Buildings in both the Bronx and Manhattan offices.

Education: BS in Civil Engineering from City College of New York.


 

JUNNA W. LAN

Ms. Lan serves as a consultant and technical advisor to the firm on zoning and land use matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was a principal planner at the Department of City Planning in the Technical Review Division. In such capacity, she was involved in the land use process involving many large-scale developments, zoning map changes, special permits, and authorizations.

Education: BS degree in Architectural Engineering from Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan.
Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
